Sophia has been so expressive recently and chatters away as she plays and will even sing along with us when we sing her to sleep. We are also teaching her animals sounds such as what a dog, cat, cow, chicken, and lion say. She is really good at saying the cow and doggy sound and concentrates so hard on how her lips are supposed to be shaped to make a "mooooh" sound. It's so cute! She also mimics every gesture we make. Like if I laugh and cover my mouth because something is funny, she will imitate me and do the same thing. She had me and my friend, Kristen cracking up the other day, because everything I would do, she would copy me. It's like having a "mini-me". She is so much fun at this age!

It's so fun when they start talking and doing stuff like this. The smile she is sporting in this photo gets me everytime, so cute!
i didn't know it was possible to love a child as much as i love sophia. still wondering how baby #2 is going to top her...
